Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to prepare and
maintain income tax provision workpapers, support tax compliance,
and manage company tax records.
Key Responsibilities
Support relationships with external tax advisors and perform
initial reviews of tax returns for compliance
Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions, management fee
allocations, and support U.S. and international tax compliance
processes
Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues and support
transfer pricing documentation and planning
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in tax accounting; five years
preferred
CPA license in good standing preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, engineering,
technology, or a related field
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage
multiple complex projects
Willingness to teach and mentor others in the team
