A company is looking for an Audit Professional Practices
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with audit teams on best practices and emerging risks while
enhancing internal audit methodology
Design and execute quality assurance and talent management programs
to ensure compliance with auditing standards
Coach junior audit team members and promote an environment
supporting diversity and compliance with internal controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Technology,
Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership
role, or 11 years of higher education/work experience with 2 years
of managerial experience
Strong project management and interpersonal skills
Specific expertise in internal audit methodology and talent
management
Ability to collaborate with senior management to implement change
effectively
