this role, you will:
- Maintain compliance to all aspects of Safety Proactively
maintain a safe working environment
- Test, Troubleshoot, Disposition, and perform Root Cause
Corrective Action on Classified & Unclassified deliverable and
undeliverable units on an as required/as needed basis
- Define and troubleshoot tooling
- Increase utilization of test equipment
- Create, maintain and improve work instructions (e.g., test
plans, OSOPs)
- Review and approve engineering changes
- Play an active role in assisting the team to meet objectives,
while reducing inventory and minimizing turnaround time
- Comply with audits
- Promote a culture of 100% quality and maintain consistently
high quality records
- Provide direct feedback to build and design processes
- Practice and implement lean manufacturing techniques
- Take part in ongoing collaboration regarding best practices and
strategies
- Collaborate with other Process Owners to meet test process
efficiency and compliance goals collectively
- Identify and communicate training needs and skills gaps in the
teams, carrying out training and coaching as necessary Because of
the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the
requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this
particular role, it will be performed full time on site. This means
work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100%
of the time.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associate's degree or higher with two years experience or a
high school diploma with 4 years experience
- Problem solving mindset that leads to success in a
troubleshooting environment
- Use of hand tools, meters, and o-scopesPreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing essentials
- Intermediate-level technical skills and knowledge of technical
requirements and system flows
- 2 years plus of RF experience
- Electrical Engineering or Circuit Analysis Experience
- Advanced level Oracle, Data Analysis SoftwarePay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $61830 - $105120Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
