Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to oversee proposal
and RFP operations for their product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and distribution of persuasive proposals for
RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Organize and maintain a library of reusable proposal assets and
ensure compliance with legal standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals that
effectively position the company's solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing RFP responses, particularly in the higher
education sector
Proven track record in proposal writing/management for State or
Federal Government customers
Experience working at a SaaS company that provides solutions for
higher education
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects
