Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Research
Education & Training.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding and continuing
education program for research professionals
Establish a competency assessment program and maintain education
tracking systems for regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and HRPP teams to enhance
research compliance and address training gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline or related
field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a clinical research setting
2-3 years of experience in developing clinical research education
programs
2-3 years of experience in developing or coordinating clinical
research policies and procedures
3 years of management experience
ACRP, SOCRA, or other clinical research professional
certification
