Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional therapy team at a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in South Bend, IN. This facility specializes in high rehab-to-home transitions, outpatient therapy, long-term care, and assisted living services, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment where therapists are truly valued.

Position Details:
Full-time role: 35-40 hours per week
Flexible schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday
