Our diverse and dynamic programs cant operate efficiently without the strength and heart of our nurses!Benchmark's South Bend office is seeking an LPN Healthcare Coordinator to provide healthcare coordination and direct intervention, as needed, for designated individuals in the Supportive Living homes. The nurse will also provide training for unlicensed staff to meet the healthcare needs of individuals served. In 2025, Benchmark Human Services celebrates 65 Years of Stories!
