Join our team as a Sous Chef at The Grill on 21, an elevated American Grill located in the heart of Chicago's financial district.

Mission Summary:

  • Ensure exceptional guest service
  • Develop and motivate hourly personnel
  • Manage kitchen operations, cost controls, and BOH systems

    Job Requirements:
    • 1-2 years of stable management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
    • Progressive career history
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
