About the RoleGrill on 21 is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef
to lead our culinary team in providing exceptional guest service.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for
motivating, coaching, and developing hourly personnel to ensure a
seamless dining experience.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards
of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and
commitment to excellence.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance
the skills of hourly personnel.
- Monitor and control costs, maintaining a thorough understanding
of all standard operational procedures and BOH systems.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus
and promotions that drive sales and customer
satisfaction.Requirements
- 1-2 years of stable management experience in a full-service,
high-volume restaurant.
- Proven track record of leadership and team development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality
control procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic computer
