The Shift Leader is the second in command after management and is considered a back-up manager in case of emergency. The Shift Leader supervises the shift from start to finish, ensuring that the team upholds Roti's high hospitality service and operational standards. The Shift Leader has a solid understanding of the staff's strengths and weaknesses and is capable of establishing solid working relationships with the teammates. The Shift Leader acts as the connection between co-workers and management.Our Values:

  • Establishes R--ti standards and expectations with team members and always leads by example.
  • Effectively open and close the restaurant at least twice per week.
  • Hands-on assistance in training and development of new and existing employees.
