Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Consultant to enhance
manager capability and activate the company culture through
data-driven HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and consult managers and employees on workplace matters and
HR programs
Lead diagnostics and resolution of complex employee relations
issues and collaborate on investigations
Implement scalable HR programs and manage local HR projects based
on business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in human resources or
business programs/processes OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years of
experience OR equivalent experience
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Society for Human
Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
