Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Accounts Specialist to manage
client accounts and provide exceptional customer service regarding
financial concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and providers
regarding financial inquiries
Verify client insurance coverage and eligibility
Investigate and coordinate eligibility denials and resolve client
balance issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required; minimum of 2 years related work
experience in healthcare billing
Associate/bachelor's degree in healthcare billing or administration
preferred
Working knowledge of health insurance claims and medical billing
software
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and HIPAA regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
