Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client and Patient Services
Coordinator (temp).
Key Responsibilities
Educate patients about donation/disposition options and assist them
in navigating the process
Manage client and patient inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and
escalation of issues as necessary
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure
confidentiality in all patient interactions
Required Qualifications
A High School Diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is
preferred
Experience in a fast-paced medical setting demonstrating excellent
customer service
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook,
and Microsoft Access
Ability to communicate compassionately and professionally with
clients and patients
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organizational
standards
