Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coding Supervisor to oversee the
daily operations of the Coding Department and support Quality and
Compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Coding functions, including work
assignment and workflow management
Ensure timely completion of projects and address workflow
challenges with clients
Coach and mentor staff, conducting performance evaluations and
improving compliance processes
Required Qualifications
Two (2) years of coding experience
Experience with Epic or other healthcare systems preferred
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive and results-oriented mindset
