Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Global Functions
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on engagements and transactions with healthcare
professionals and organizations in compliance with applicable laws
and policies
Analyze trends and assess compliance in activities involving
transfers of value and information to healthcare entities
Conduct compliance training and evaluate exception requests while
contributing to cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications
Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant
experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant
experience, or High school diploma with 8 years of relevant
experience
Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues related to US
healthcare laws
Ability to train and transition processes related to regulatory
requirements
Experience in compliance, audit, operations, business, or IT
roles
Capability to establish working relationships and provide strategic
compliance advice
