Position type: Fulltime Contract
Duration: Open Ended
Location: Onsite QA Test Lead

As a QA Test Lead you will:
Lead and execute end-to-end testing strategies for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, ensuring comprehensive validation of policy administration processes, rating, and underwriting rules.
Perform requirements analysis, author functional test cases, and execute test cases while understanding the testable software requirements
Apply knowledge in testing tools and automation testing
Recommend scope of work for automation testing and plans are in place to implement and execute automation test scripts
Execute/maintain automated scripts and troubleshoot/fix. Coordinate the updates with Test Analyst(s) as needed. Defect Management, including logging and reporting of defects
Lead testing for Client's transformation initiatives and / or application portfolios
Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team and / or Client
Obtain approval from Client for all deliverables as per the defined acceptance criteria
Prepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for production
Coordinate work with onshore / offshore team members as needed

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $45hr W2 - $50hr W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
