We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Consultant to join our growing team!As a Senior Consultant, you will take charge of gathering client requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing projects through the testing and deployment phases. In this client-facing role, you will lead project implementations on platforms such as Salesforce, Salsify, inriver, and Akeneo. We value consultants who are deeply knowledgeable about these platforms and excel in project leadership. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Chicago office.What You'll Do

• Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope
• Lead business and functional requirement sessions
• Document requirements and develop process flows to depict business processes
• Lead efforts to develop and execute testing, including developing testing documentation
• Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)
• Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
• Provide guidance to junior team members in all phases of the projectWhat We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce.com platform
  • 4+ years of experience working in professional services
  • Prior experience providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
  • Direct experience working on and leading Salesforce Projects
  • Demonstrated self-starter
  • Results-oriented, able to take a task and achieve objectives with minimal guidance
  • Take a proactive approach to developing individual technical and consulting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well both individually and within a team
  • Comfortable working in a small company and a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
