Description:Accord Carton is searching for a highly motivated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of electro-mechanical equipment. You will use your skills to diagnose problems, ensure efficient operation, and minimize downtime. This position will work the 5pm - 5am shift.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including automated processing, and equipment.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to identify root causes.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance longevity.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and other diagnostic equipment to perform repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or repair.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Experience with hand and power tools, meters, and other diagnostic equipment (preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
