Strategy Consulting Internship at AonAon invites high-reaching
rising seniors to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program June 2nd
through August 8th within the industry leading Strategy and
Technology Group (STG) Consulting teams in New York and Chicago.

Group (STG) brings together insight and software solutions to help

experience assisting and working with our clients to understand
their objectives, address their challenges, develop a deep
understanding of market conditions and issues, and create

like
- Develop consulting and insurance IQ by participating in formal
and informal training opportunities
- Gather and contribute research on industry developments, client
activity, macro trends, etc.
- Analyze 3rd party and proprietary Aon transactional data
- Convert insights into client value by synthesizing findings in
the form of PowerPoint presentations for project delivery or
business development purposes
- Work collaboratively and communicate clearly in a team
environment with colleagues and external stakeholders How is this

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in preferred majors: math,
finance, economics, strategy consulting
- Rising senior, graduating between December 2025 - June
2026

position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $22-25 per hour. The
actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience,
skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment
with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on
applicant's geographic location. Aon offers a benefits package for
temporary and seasonal employees who will work 20 or more hours per
week including: medical, dental, and vision insurance at the
employee's expense, critical illness insurance, 10 Company holidays
per calendar year (paid, if eligible), paid sick leave as provided
under state and local law, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer
contributions. Eligibility for benefits are governed by the
applicable plan documents and policies.
