Job Description:
A company is looking for a Critical Response Consultant to
ensure customer satisfaction and manage resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage escalations and provide expert advice for customer
inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze root causes and improve
customer experience
Develop and maintain playbooks for escalation processes and
customer communication
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related experience, with a preference for HCM
experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple
departments
Proficiency in Operating Systems and MS Office; payroll application
experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
preferred
Ability to perform root cause analysis and present data analysis
effectively
