Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Review recorded calls to determine necessary actions based on
client policy
Intake disputes by entering details into a client database and
gathering account information
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues to
experts as needed
Required Qualifications
2+ years of high-level customer care experience, preferably in
software or technology
Experience in investigation with the ability to provide detailed
summaries of customer issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
applications
Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow process documents
with limited oversight
