Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insider Threat Analyst to monitor
and analyze potential insider threats within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously monitor employee behavior and system activities for
signs of suspicious actions
Investigate alerts and unusual activities that could indicate
potential insider threats
Develop and implement proactive threat detection techniques and
conduct forensic analysis on suspected incidents
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline
required
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on insider threat
analysis or similar roles required
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or
ability to obtain within 6 months required
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM)
tools preferred
Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements pertaining
to Protected Healthcare Information (PHI) and Health Insurance
Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
