Job Description:

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect (Principal or I) to design and deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Own, research, and design ServiceNow solutions to address challenges faced by stakeholders
Provide tier 3 support and guidance for complex technical incidents
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of delivered solutions

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information science, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of IT experience for Principal level; 5+ years for Level I
Proven experience in designing and delivering complex technology solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Experience in application troubleshooting/debugging and SDLC methodologies
ServiceNow certification is a plus
