Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Analyst to contribute
to the development of new cancer therapies.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate scientific questions into coherent analytical efforts and
develop statistical modeling and bioinformatics methods
Integrate large-scale multi-modal datasets to derive quantitative
biological insights
Support programs in early to late-stage discovery drug pipeline
Required Qualifications
PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field;
or a Master's with 3-5 years of experience; or a Bachelor's with
6-8 years of experience
Experience with NGS analysis (RNAseq, WES, CRISPR screen, etc.)
Proficiency in R and Python
Experience with HPC clusters, cloud computing, and data
visualization tools
Strong publication record and prior research work in oncology
bioinformatics analysis
