Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Team Lead, Core Sales to drive
sales and team development in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead as an individual contributor for the first 3 months while
mastering the product and customer needs
Manage and develop a team of 4-5 sales representatives, providing
feedback and coaching
Optimize the sales funnel and implement improvements to existing
processes based on insights from customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Experienced seller with a background in challenger sales
Desire to develop management skills and lead a team
