Job Description:

Position Summary The Courier is responsible for picking up and delivering, on a pre-set schedule, documents and other items between locations of First Busey Corporation and its subsidiaries. Duties & Responsibilities Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm.working 20-25 hours per week

• Gather and sort all mail.
• Pick-up and deliver mail, interoffice envelopes, proofwork, supplies, etc. on a pre-set schedule between locations.
• Pick-up and deliver various items at offices and businesses outside the Busey organization.
• Make additional pick-ups or deliveries upon special request.
• Maintain delivery vehicles.Education & ExperienceKnowledge of:
  • Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to:
    • Safely drive a motor vehicle
    • Analyze and solve problems based on precedent
    • Maintain visual attention and mental concentration for variable periods of time
    • Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
    • Lift and carry on average 25 pounds on a daily basisEducation and Training:
      • Requires High School diploma.
      • Requires a valid driver's license.
      • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.Compensation and BenefitsSalary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends.
